The Enchantment Project is a Tri-City initiative that was developed in 2010. It is a collaboration between dedicated volunteers and School District 43 that endeavors to provide high school graduates in need with formal attire so that they can attend their graduation festivities with pride. Without such assistance these students could not afford to participate in celebrating this important milestone.
